Alcuin launderette is located by S block, under the Junior Common Room. You’ll need your keycard for access.

Alcuin reception is at D block, next to E block housing. Outside hours and at weekends, use the Information Centre.

Mail

Small post is delivered to the mailbox outside your accommodation. The key is hung in your kitchen and shared by all house members - look after it, a replacement costs £10. 

Large parcels are sent to Alcuin College Reception. You’ll be emailed when it’s ready for collection. To collect, you’ll need your university ID card.

Communal areas

Alcuin has a Junior and Senior Common Room for members of the college to meet up in, socialise and enjoy. As well as a variety of facilities for you to use, both include a range of comfy seating for Alcuin members to relax in.

Buses

The closest bus stop to Alcuin is outside the Library. A free shuttle runs across campus, while a paid service continues into the city centre.
