Eligibility: Open to all undergraduate students (excluding students currently in their final year). Chinese nationals cannot apply for a fee-waived place on this summer school.
China - Renmin University of China

China - Zhejiang Normal University
Exchange details: The workshop integrates Chinese traditional culture, rural culture visits and immersive experiences, visits to leading Chinese AI enterprises, and an in-depth rural residency. Participants will stay with local villagers and work in mixed teams with ZJNU students to provide cultural and creative design services that support rural revitalisation, cultural renewal, and local economic development. Cost: Tuition fees are waived, and accommodation is free. You will need to budget for international flights, personal expenses such as medical and living expenses, and visa costs.
Accommodation: Accommodation is included in the fee-waived place and is free to successful applicants. Accommodation will be provided in a mixture of hotel and homestay options.

Denmark - Aarhus University
Exchange details: AU Summer University
Duration and dates: 6 July - 24 July 2025 or 27 July - 14 August 2026, depending on the course you attend it can last 1-3 weeks.

Cost: Tuition fees are waived, you will need to budget for international flights, accommodation, medical and living expenses.
Accommodation: Aarhus University Housing offers accommodation to international students participating in AU Summer University, but cannot guarantee housing for all participants.

Hong Kong - Chinese University of Hong Kong

Duration and Dates: 2026 July and August session dates to be confirmed, depending on the course you attend it can last 2-4 weeks.

Cost: Tuition fees are waived, you will need to budget for international flights, accommodation, medical and living expenses.
Accommodation: Double or triple occupancy rooms on-campus are guaranteed for summer school participants.
Eligibility: Open to all undergraduate students (excluding students currently in their final year).
Exchange details: Summer Undergraduate Research Programme (please specify on your application if you wish to be considered for the SURP instead of the International Summer School.
