We're redesigning student support web pages. Take the ten-minute survey and make it easier for students to get the help they need.

The University offers a range of services, resources and support designed to help all students succeed at University. However, with a lot of information on our web pages, it can be hard to find exactly what you need or who to contact.

The University is redesigning student support web content to fix this, and we need your help to get the structure right. 

This survey should take about ten minutes. We'll ask you to:

  • Tell us what 'student support' means to you.

  • Do a 'best fit' challenge to help us decide where information should live.

Your feedback is anonymous and will directly shape the new website structure.
