Event details
Worry is a very common problem and is also known as Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD).
As a worrier, you may worry about the possibility that something ‘bad’ could happen (‘what if…’). You may also worry about the worry (‘worry will make me ill'). After a prolonged period, worry may lead to anxiety, low self-esteem, insomnia and other symptoms.
This workshop aims to help you develop an understanding of the type of worry you experience.
Through the workshop we will help you develop some simple strategies to help manage your worry.
