Contact us
Whether you have a question about how things work, feedback on our services, or new ideas for the library, we want to hear from you.
We can talk to you in person at our Help Desks at the Morrell and King's Manor Library, or via live-chat (staffed by real humans, not bots!), email, or phone. You can also message us on our social media accounts (@UoYLibrary) if you'd prefer.
We don't mind which way you contact us, we just want you to do so as soon as you need to. No one expects you to know how the library works right away; just ask us!

Can't visit us in person?
If you want to experience the atmosphere of the library without coming to campus, this is your chance! One of our most popular videos is our 'Sounds of the Morrell' study-with-me video, which features 2 hours of sounds recorded in our building. Many students tell us this helps them concentrate and study more effectively; we've even had someone tell us they listed to the sounds of our library whilst studying in another library.
Really bizarrely, this has worked really well for me. I put it on and focused solidly for hours for the first time in ages. Thanks for keeping trying new ideas!
