The mysql database service (mysql0) will be shut down permanently on Tuesday 18 September. It is being replaced by a new upgraded service at

The new service uses MySQL 5.7, while the service that we are removing uses 5.1.

If you own, or know of, a database on which is still needed please email as soon as possible so that we can arrange to move it to the new service.

If you access the database via our ColdFusion service then you will need to complete the migration of your apps to Lucee before your database can be upgraded:

If you're not sure whether a database that you use is hosted on, we have a list available for you to check:

If you have any queries about this process, please email
