Event details
Part of London Climate Action Week 2025 and UK Clean Air Day Celebrations
As part of London Climate Action Week and in celebration of UK Clean Air Day, the INGENIOUS project invites you to a public webinar
that delves into the crucial issue of indoor air quality (IAQ).
We spend up to 90% of our time indoors, yet our understanding of the air we breathe in these spaces is limited. Funded by UKRI, the INGENIOUS project has studied indoor air pollution in over 300 homes in Bradford, offering vital insights into pollutant sources, occupant behaviours, and mitigation strategies.
This public engagement event will:
- Share key findings on indoor air pollution from the INGENIOUS study
- Foster dialogue among stakeholders to develop actionable strategies for improving IAQ.
Speakers Include:
- Prof. Nic Carslaw, University of York
- Prof. Nicholas Pleace, University of York
- Dr Ali Body, Global Action Plan
- Dr. Sarah West, Stockholm Environment Institute
- Prof. Mark Mon-Williams, University of Leeds/Born in Bradford
