Returning students Semester 2 2025/26

When you can enrol

• Undergraduate students from 9 December 2025.
• Postgraduate students from 9 December 2025.

All returning students should log into e:vision with their username and password and enrol online.

If you cannot enrol after this date, please email student-records@york.ac.uk.  

Enrolment deadline (2025/26)

Returning undergraduate and postgraduate taught students starting their next year of study (except Hull York Medical School) must enrol by 16 January 2026.

Students returning from a leave of absence must enrol 14 days after your leave of absence period ends.

Returning postgraduate researchers by 14 days after the anniversary of your programme start date, or by 14 days after your leave of absence period ends. 

Outstanding debts

If you have an outstanding tuition fee debt to the University, you will not be able to re-enrol until you have cleared the debt with the Fees Office.
