Take a Break
On campus this week? Our Wellbeing officers will be in the Library entrance foyer from 2-4pm on 11 and 12 May handing out free wellbeing support kits.
From Wednesday 13 May until the end of the assessment period, the team will be providing a space to Take a Break in LFA/144 between 2pm-4pm every weekday. No booking is required - come along to grab some refreshments, take time and space to decompress, or just be away from your revision for a while. On Tuesdays, the team will be joined by a very special guest - Milo the therapy dog!
As deadlines get closer, we know it can sometimes feel like you 'can't afford' to take a break - however, even 5-10 minutes away from your desk can help to refresh your brain and boost your productivity, as well as protecting you from burnout.
