YUSU is continuing to offer bargain hot food on campus this new academic year to help with the cost of living.
60p meals on campus
8.30-11am weekdays: 60p beans on toast in The Courtyard
2-4pm weekdays: 60p soup and a roll in Kitchen at Alcuin
Reducing campus food waste and costs
Our shop, save and sustain scheme aims to reduce food waste on campus, whilst providing you with cheaper food options. Subject to availability, food that would otherwise go to waste will be available to purchase at a discount from selected campus outlets.
Reduced cost at Nisa
Nisa is selling a range of essential products at cost, which means they make no profit on these items and the price is kept as low as possible. The items are:
- Porridge
- Eggs
- Wholemeal bread
- White bread
- Grated cheese
- Butter
- Sandwich ham
- Coffee
- Teabags
- Longlife milk
