It's Talk Money Week, a week designed to get everyone talking more about managing money, our thoughts and feelings around money, and how and where to get help when you need it.

Research shows that people who talk about money feel less stressed or anxious and more in control, and make better and less risky financial decisions. Building money conversations into our everyday lives also helps build financial confidence and resilience, so whether it’s discussing bills with housemates, or talking to friends about what is affordable for you, here are some resources for starting that all-important money conversation:
