Students, we want your feedback in the Library Survey

The University Library provides you with the resources, study space and support you need to thrive during your time at York. Your feedback in our short survey will help us to know how well we’re succeeding; we’ll keep doing the things you like and act on the things you don’t (where we can!). Look out for an email this week with the link to the survey, which will close on Sunday 4 December. It should take you no more than five minutes to complete and you’ll need to be logged in to your University of York account.
At the end of the survey you will have the opportunity to enter our prize draw as a thank you for taking part. Our first winner will receive a £150 Love2shop voucher; three runners-up will each receive a £50 voucher. See the prize draw terms and conditions for further details.
Privacy statement
Your responses to the survey are anonymous. We will use your responses to inform service developments in the Library and might include direct quotes in publicity and reports; in that case we will ensure all comments are further anonymised. No personal data will be shared outside the University Library. We will only contact you if you are one of our prize draw winners and have consented to us using your University of York email address for this purpose. We will destroy all data for the prize draw immediately after drawing the winners, which will take place as soon as possible after the survey closing date.

We’ll post an update after the closing date with early indications of the results and we’ll let you know later in the year how we plan to respond to your feedback.
