Cooking together and sharing a meal can do wonders for your mental health - and pocket.

What you eat may affect how you feel - but when and where you eat can have an effect too. Cooking and sharing a meal with others can help improve your mental health, whether it’s helping you to wind down, providing a chance to socialise and feel connected to others, or taking a mental break from your busy day.
