Roses 2017: The White Rose Inferno

Get ready for Roses 2017, the largest inter-university sporting competition in Europe.

The ancient rivalry of the Wars of the Roses will be revived as the Universities of York and Lancaster face off in a sproting event of epic proportions.

Battle lines will be drawn over 50 disciplines, including archery, rugby, fencing, and octopush. Support your fellow students as they compete on home ground to regain the Carter James Trophy. 

The opening ceremony will be on 28 April and competitons will be held throughout the weekend until the closing ceremony 6.00pm Sunday 30 April.
