Join Mind Your Head for a free yoga session, to breathe, reset, and stretch. 17 November 2016, 6.00pm-7.00pm, W/135.

Mind Your Head promotes mental health and wellbeing for students. Their Keep calm: Yoga in the evening session is open to all students and completely free.

Join in to relax, stretch and unwind, not matter your experience - beginners welcome.

17 November 2016, 6.00pm to 7.00pm, Wentworth Common Room - W/135

There will be yoga mats available, but you're advised to bring your own towel.
