MyUoY app
Focus more of your time on living and learning; speed up daily tasks, check your timetable and find your way around campus all in one app. The MyUoY app is also available for campus visitors to use, with access to Campus Explore, the map and latest news.
Key features
- Home: view your upcoming events, latest student news and quick links.
- Schedule: view your academic timetable up to 2 months in advance and filter by activity type such as lectures and seminars.
- Check-in: click the quick link on the home screen of the app to access Check-In.
- Library card and loans: access the Library via your virtual library card, borrow items and track due dates.
- Space availability: see how busy study spaces across campus are.
- Book study space: book a seat or group study space in the library.
- Eat and Drink loyalty card: scan the barcode to collect points and get money off future purchases in Eat and Drink venues across campus.
- Checklists: keep on track with our interactive checklists - find out what you need to do and work through the steps.
- Feedback: share your views about the app and ideas for new features using the in-app feedback tool.
- Discover: browse social and college events, as well as skills and career development workshops. (Add to schedule to view these events alongside your timetable on the Schedule tab).
- Campus Explore*: find restaurants, cafes, sports facilities, shops, support services and quiet spaces on campus. Sort by what’s open now and nearest to you. Save your favourite locations to find them quickly.
- Map*: locate rooms and buildings on campus, and find your nearest amenities, including bus stops, water fountains, baby change facilities and postboxes.

Access instructions
- Download the MyUoY app on your Android or iOS device. (If you're an Android user and cannot access Google Play, you can download the app another way.)
- Log in with your York email address and password. Duo two-factor authentication is required.
