How is funding applied

If your application is approved, the weekly cost of your current room will be reduced to the price of our most common room type. The minimum weekly cost is £175.07 (2025/26 price).

This equates to the following estimated yearly costs**:

  • 40 weeks: £7,027.81
  • 44 weeks: £7,728.09
  • 51 weeks: £8,928.57

* The weekly price shown is for self-catered accommodation. Students in catered accommodation will have their catered period adjusted to £247.73 per week, and students on the weekly college meal plan will have their rate adjusted to £184.24 per week.

** Yearly costs are based on a Saturday arrival. Total costs may vary slightly depending on the contract start date and the number of nights included in the contract.
