Managers and Leaders Action Learning Sets: Purpose and benefits
Action learning sets are designed to support managers and leaders in their roles by fostering a network for peer connection, exploring workplace challenges, and generating pragmatic solutions together.
Participants will present their own issues as well as sharing their experiences and knowledge to support peers.
