The course as a whole was fantastic and just what I was looking for. It has really boosted my confidence and how I work. The instructors were brilliant and the pacing of sessions was excellent, providing a nice balance of taught content and engagement.

This course gave me the baseline knowledge I was lacking and lots of different frameworks for various different parts of management. It was really good at breaking down quite abstract concepts into tangible parts that I could look at and think about.

Sessions gave a really great overview of the many considerations of a manager at the University. Built really nicely on personal experiences, and how best practices can be incorporated into current ways of working.
