Management foundations programme: What we ask of you

To get the most out of the Management Foundations Programme, we ask for your active participation and commitment. 

We're looking for managers who are ready to:

  • Commit to attendance: Attend all sessions with your designated cohort that you have signed up for.
  • Engage and collaborate: Be willing to engage with your peers, share your experiences, and learn from one another.
  • Embrace new ideas: Be open to exploring new concepts and seizing learning opportunities.
  • Prepare and apply: Come prepared by completing any pre-work provided, and actively test out the programme's ideas in practice.

Your dedication will create a valuable and supportive learning environment for everyone involved.
