Requesting a Change of Plan: 2026 update

What is changing?
The new process is designed to be simpler and more consistent with other University procedures. The Change of Plan form will be closed, and you will be required to download the relevant form from the webpages, complete Section A, then send this in Word document (editable) format to your graduate administrator.
What do you need to do?
If you have already submitted a request: You do not need to do anything. Your request will be processed as normal.
If you need to make a new request: You will need to follow the new guidance, linked below.
