Learn how a research centre in York is seeking to improve the lives of children and young people by developing and researching mental health interventions for deaf and hearing children. Come along and find out about past and current research studies by the Child Oriented Mental health Intervention Centre (COMIC). These include examining LEGO-based therapy and Social Stories™ for children and young people with autism, and examining how effective one session treatment is for children with specific phobia.
