Keen to explore the world of emerging technology? Maybe you have some creative ideas but unsure where to start and what tools to use? The Creativity Lab, based in the University of York Library, offers a range of events and training sessions including fully funded introductory workshops providing opportunities to get to grips with new technology.

For Semester 1 the focus is on ‘Discovery’ with an exciting new programme of workshops offering all York staff and students exploration and hands-on experience of different areas of digital creativity, from Virtual Reality to Podcasting, Video Editing to 3D Design and Print. The Creativity Lab has you digitally covered! 

To complement their programme of workshops, every Monday and Wednesday, 10am - 4pm, the Creativity Lab is open to University of York staff and students to drop-in and try out equipment, learn new skills and meet like-minded creatives.
