C and JB Morrell Trust Bursaries
Thanks to the C and JB Morrell Trust, we have three £3,000 bursaries available to students on the LLM Legal and Political Theory.
Applications for 2026/27 are open until Wednesday 1 July 2026, 11.59pm BST
The C and JB Morrell Trust bursaries provide £3,000 as a contribution towards living costs, paid in three instalments of £1,000 across the year.

Open to International (including EU) and UK (home) students.
In order to be eligible you must also have an offer for a place on this course: LLM Legal and Political Theory

Application deadline: Wednesday 1 July 2026, 11.59pm BST
If you hold an offer for the LLM Legal and Political Theory, you will be emailed details of how to apply for the bursary.

How we allocate
C and JB Morrell Bursaries will be awarded on the basis of applicants’ academic merit and potential, the quality of their applications, and the material difference that might be made by being successful.
The successful candidates will be notified by 31 July 2026.
Terms and conditions
The awarding of the bursaries will be subject to candidates meeting any outstanding conditions of their offer of a place on the LLM Legal and Political Theory, and registration on the course.
