Event details
Thinking about moving into private housing next year? Come along to this friendly, informative session for James and Vanbrugh students.
Hosted by the Student Housing Adviser, and joined by College Staff, Second/Third Year Contacts (STYCs), and Second/Third Year Mentors (STYMs), this talk brings together first-hand experiences and practical advice to help you understand your options in the private rental market.
📋 The session includes:
- A short, helpful presentation on private housing
- A chance to ask questions during and after the talk
- 1-to-1 chats with the team after the session, if you want to ask anything privately or informally
This is a great opportunity to get advice from people who’ve been through it all – right in your own college setting.
📅 Can’t make it?
The same talk will also be delivered at the York SU Housing Fair on Friday 14 November in the Spring Lane Building.
