It’s time to tell us what you think we do well and highlight any areas where you think we can do better. The NSS is an opportunity for you to reflect on your time at York and give us fair and honest feedback on your experience from first year to final year.
We use the NSS results to understand what we’re getting right and to highlight areas for further improvements so that students following in your footsteps can benefit from your feedback. We especially encourage you to use the free text comments in the survey - these are read by senior staff such as the Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Education and Students as well as those staff across the whole University who are responsible for delivering a high-quality student experience.
Student feedback helps us shape changes that support current and future students, in areas such as exceptional circumstances, mental health support, assessment and feedback, and the provision of study skills support.
