Save energy, save resources - switch off before you leave
If you're leaving campus for the Easter break, please complete our switch-off checklist (where possible), to help us meet our energy and cost-saving targets.
Why is this important?
Our annual utility bill amounts to a staggering £13 million, translating to over £35,000 spent each day. To reduce our carbon emissions by 1,586 TCO2e (equivalent to £1 million), we are committed to further cutting energy use in 2025. The Easter break switch-off campaign will play a key role in this effort. Small changes from everyone can have a big impact.
