Tableau
Tableau is an interactive business intelligence and data visualisation tool. It is the main way in which we provide staff with HR management information.
You can reach our Tableau workbooks in two ways:
- Search for specific reports in Management Information
- Log in directly to Tableau
Who has access?
There are different levels of access to Tableau.
All staff have access to basic workbooks on staff numbers and their own absence record. Line managers can also see the absence records of the staff who report to them.
Staff with departmental HR responsibilities have additional access to more detailed workbooks at a departmental, section, or unit level.
Some other staff - including staff in HR, finance, planning and equality and diversity - also have access to some data at a University level
