Choosing or changing benefits
The Rewards Extra platform is available for you to browse all the time. Some benefits such as Bus Pass loans and cycle scheme are open all the time, others, such as private medical insurance and the health cash plan, are only open during the annual benefits window, which takes place in September each year. New starters will get an initial window when they first join. You can find details for each benefit in the system.
