Reward staff for outstanding long term performance
Rewarding Excellence awards are given to staff members in grades 1 - 8 who have evidenced a high level of performance over a sustained period of time. Successful nominees will receive an additional salary point within their grade.

Nominations can be made by line managers, Heads of Department (HoDs)/ Heads of Professional Services Directorate (HoPs) or by employees themselves. Please note that all nominations will need to be authorised as factually correct by the HoD / HoP.
Nominations will be accepted via the Rewarding Excellence nomination form from 22 September 2026.
