The Big Deal is a 14-week enterprise competition for students in Years 9 or 10 who have an interest in enterprise. The winning team are taken on a business trip of a lifetime to New York City!

What's involved?

Teams of high achieving students in Years 9 or 10 compete against each other to develop a business plan, which they pitch at a Dragons' Den style event.

Students also complete an online curriculum with mentoring support from business professionals who work across a range of sectors.

How to take part

It's free to take part, and schools/colleges are invited to register up a maximum of two teams of three or four students in Years 9 or 10. The competition takes place every year between March and June.
