About us

The Lab is based at the University of York, but we engage with researchers and partners from across the UK.

Administrative fairness is an interdisciplinary challenge and we have a strong commitment to our work being interdisciplinary by default. We also have a strong commitment to nurturing early-career researchers, promoting diversity in this area of research, and engaging with leaders in practice.
