Student Enquiry Screen (SES) enables staff to access information about current students, such as modules, credits, contact details and more.

Key features

Check your students' modules and credits.
Find students' contact details.
Email or send text messages to students, eg all your students or a group of students taking a particular module.
Create student attendance lists.
View photos of individual students and create your own photo pages for printing (subject to permissions).
Extract lists of students as a .csv file for import into a spreadsheet or database.

If you’re not on campus, you need a virtual private network (VPN) connection.

Available to staff (restrictions apply)

Academic staff automatically have access. Other staff need to request access via the Authorised Systems Registration tool.
