Student Enquiry Screen
Student Enquiry Screen (SES) enables staff to access information about current students, such as modules, credits, contact details and more.
Key features
- Check your students' modules and credits.
- Find students' contact details.
- Email or send text messages to students, eg all your students or a group of students taking a particular module.
- Create student attendance lists.
- View photos of individual students and create your own photo pages for printing (subject to permissions).
- Extract lists of students as a .csv file for import into a spreadsheet or database.
Access instructions
- Log in with your York username and password. Duo two-factor authentication is required.
- If you’re not on campus, you need a virtual private network (VPN) connection.
