Here’s some things you should know before arriving.

Before you arrive

If you haven’t already, make sure to go through the information on the main Wentworth arrivals page.

When to arrive

Many postgraduates will be asked to start arriving on campus from Monday 11 September 2023 onwards. However, depending on the type of student you are, and where your accommodation is based, this may vary. Accommodation Services will email your University of York email account with further information about your specific arrival date, a link to the induction module and ask you to book a one-hour arrival slot.

International arrivals

If you’re travelling to us from outside the UK, look at the international student welcome guide travel web pages for information on the best ways to get here.
