How To Book Reception Services

In order to book reception services, just contact the Assistant Head of Reception Services, Dave Thompson. Please note that you need to provide 10 working days notice for any reception service requests.

You need to provide them the following details:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The number of the room you require reception services for
  • The date and times required
  • The reception service you require
  • The number of people that will be present

Out of Hours Reception Services

There is a charge for the provision of reception services outside the normal opening hours of a building. The Assistant Head of Reception Services will be able to advise on this accordingly.

There is no Receptionist based in Central Hall so all requests for this building should be regarded as out-of-hours and should also be directed to the Assistant Head of Reception Services.

There may also be a charge for additional reception services and security at events where more than 100 people are taking part.
