Welcome by the Mayor of Brussels, Philippe Close.

Within the frameworks of Paper and Refuge, the network meeting highlighted and discussed different ways to overcome boundaries, both physical and conceptual.

Paul presented on a panel looking at ways to get universities more involved in hosting ICORN residents - artists and journalists at risk - in collaboration with cities and civil society.

The meeting has rekindled interest in York becoming an ICORN city.
