Staff Equality Networks and Forums
We want all our members of staff to feel that they are an integral part of the York community.
The University's Staff Equality Networks provide an opportunity for interested staff to participate in promoting progress and good practice in relation to equality, diversity and inclusion as well as opportunities for peer support and development. There are currently three networks, inclusive and open to all staff, overseen by the Equality and Diversity Office.
We also have a network of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Champions who work within departments, in collaboration with the Equality and Diversity Office, to promote awareness of equality and diversity issues.
