Disability History Month is an opportunity to celebrate the lives and achievements of disabled people.
Thursday 13 to Wednesday 19 November is Trans Awareness Week, and Thursday 20 November is Trans Day of Remembrance.

There are approximately 12 million people with hearing loss across the UK. The theme for Deaf Awareness Week 2025 is 'Beyond Silence'. This theme focuses on breaking down barriers to full accessibility for individuals with hearing loss, celebrating the diverse ways Deaf people communicate, and highlighting the richness of Deaf culture.
Trans Day of Visibility takes place on 31 March each year to celebrate trans and non-binary people and raise awareness of discrimination faced by trans people worldwide.
