Business Services - Land and Property

The Land and Property Section in Estates undertakes a key pivotal role, supporting all sections of Estates and also provides an information and data resource to other areas of University.The Land and Property Section team currently consists of the Land and Property Managerand a CAD Technician.

We have recently developed an electronic database which contains basic information on Land and Property Issues, primarily on Leases and Licences. The Leasehold exercise has been completed and the Freehold property data is curently being gathered and the system will be updated and rolled out in the near future
