Welcome to the Directorate of Estates and Campus Services (DECS) web pages.

DECS provides service support in the areas outlined below. Its primary aim is to underpin the University's strategic objectives, with particular focus on planning and developing the estate, optimising the use of facilities and enhancing the services that the University offers to students, staff, visitors and conference guests. The Department employs nearly 800 staff who are drawn from a wide range of disciplines.
