Ordinance 6: University Executive Board
6.1 This Ordinance sets out the power and functions of the University Executive Board (UEB).
6.2 The UEB is the senior leadership team led by the Vice-Chancellor and President, responsible for steering and supporting the strategic direction of the University, and the executive decision-making this entails. UEB collectively promotes and models the public good purpose, reputation and profile of the University, including to a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring its own decisions and conduct reflect the University Vision and values.
