Grant reflections: training for success

In this second YESI ECR session of the semester (we define early-career researchers or ECRs broadly, from PhD researchers to lecturers), we will hear from some successful grant holders about their experiences applying for and getting these grants in the interdisciplinary environmental sustainability space.
The aim is to hear from awardees about what went well, but also what they have found surprising and what they and their collaborators needed to learn after the grant was awarded, in terms of leadership, accounting or other skills.
We will hear from Helen Davies, Wellcome Fellow, and Rob Marchant, recent ERC awardee, about their experiences. We will also hear at the end about mentoring and coaching available at York. As ever, there will be plenty of opportunity for questions!
