Self-guided tours

If you'd like to explore campus for yourself, everything you need to know is in our campus tour booklet.

You can also get a printed copy of the booklet from the The Stables or the Information Centre.

Please note that academic departments are unlikely to be able to offer tours inside the buildings whilst you're on a self-guided tour, due to teaching commitments.

Are you a teacher? Find out about the wide range of inspirational activities we offer to enthuse and inspire talented young people.

Travel and parking

Getting to York is easy from anywhere in the world. There are great public transport links and international airports within easy reach.

Parking on campus is limited and on a pay and display basis. We recommend that you use public transport where possible.

Parking is free for Blue Badge holders. You can use the reserved bays in any of our car parks.
