Through this course, learners will gain a deeper understanding of the rapidly evolving world of interactive media and creative technologies. We’ll explore the exciting intersection of creativity and technology, focusing on how new innovations are shaping digital experiences.

You’ll learn to critically analyse these innovations, acquiring valuable frameworks and vocabulary to understand what makes interactive media truly engaging and impactful. Crucially, we’ll also introduce you to the foundational concepts of building interactive experiences, giving you a taste of the creation process and helping you appreciate the practical side of design and development. While comprehensive development is a vast field, this course provides a strong analytical base alongside an introduction to bringing ideas to life. We’ll also cover fundamental principles of good user experience (UX) design and evaluation.
