New permanent IT drop-in schedule confirmed

Following a successful extended-hours trial, we are introducing a permanent IT drop-in schedule aligned with peak demand, effective 9 March.

Drop in hours (from 9 March)

  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 10am to 12 noon and 2pm to 4pm
  • Tuesday: 10am to 12 noon

Service scope

The drop-in service is designed for quick support (up to 15 minutes) on issues such as identity, two-factor authentication (2FA), wireless network connection and printing queries. Please visit the Library Customer Services Helpdesk where you will be directed to the most appropriate support. 

In addition, in-person IT Support appointments remain available Monday to Friday where more in-depth support is required.
