Eat happy - for you and your pocket
Cooking together and sharing a meal can do wonders for your mental health - and pocket.
Eat happy
What you eat may affect how you feel - but when and where you eat can have an effect too. Cooking and sharing a meal with your household can help improve your mental health, whether it’s helping you to wind down, providing a chance to socialise and feel connected to others, or taking a mental break from your day.
Save money
You can also help your pocket. Buying in bulk works out much cheaper than portions for one. This National Student Money Week, get your household together, decide on a time, take turns to choose recipes and discover new foods and flavours. And don’t forget you can share on the washing up as well!
