Checking in with you
You may receive a phone call or email to support you if we have noticed you're not checking in.
We hope teaching over Semester 2 is going well for you. However, we know that sometimes things don’t always go as planned and can impact your studies.
From 22 April until 2 May, you may receive a phone call and/or email from our specialist support staff if we have noticed that you have lower engagement in your teaching sessions than expected.
We are approaching the upcoming assessment and examination period and we want you to be supported throughout your time at the University. These calls are designed to have a conversation with you to help identify any concerns you may have about your studies and see if there is anything the University can help you with. This may include signposting you to support and advice from services within the University or externally.
The wellbeing support calls are from +44 (0)1904 946565.
We use anonymised information from these conversations to improve and develop our student wellbeing programmes and communications.
