Spring timetable update for students

Problems?

If you have anything missing from your timetable, please check with your department in the first instance to ensure that your course and module data is correct in the system and this will automatically pull through to the timetabling team.

If you notice any clashes or there are any support needs we have not met, please contact timetabling@york.ac.uk by no later than 5pm on Friday 7 January 2022. This will allow us to make necessary adjustments by week 2 when teaching begins.

Please note, we do get a high volume of enquiries in the run up to each term, so please get any queries to us sooner rather than later. We will resolve any issues but we are unable to accommodate location or timing preferences (unless this is part of a wider support package).

Exams

If you have exams in week 1, the exam timetable will be released no later than Wednesday 1 December 2021.
