INCLUDE

INCLUDE (Inclusive Network Connecting and Linking University Disabled Employees) is a peer support network that is open to all staff with a disability, long-term condition or an interest in disability equality.

It aims to make it easier for disabled staff to be open about their disability, to share good practice, raise awareness and influence University policy.

The network also demonstrates the value and talents of disabled staff members, and works to improve their experience.
