Visitors are welcome on an appointment basis, please contact us by email or telephone to arrange an appointment. Right to work checks can be booked online after you submit your right to work information.

The HR offices are in Heslington Hall, in the brick extension between the main Hall and Derwent College.

Reaching the HR office

From the front of Heslington Hall

Enter the Hall by the sidedoor on the right. The entrance to the main HR office is then on your right.

From Derwent College

Enter the Hall by the door under the covered way. The entrance to the main HR office is then on your left.

Once you are inside, follow the signs to reception. The door to the office is open between 9:15am and 4:15pm. If you are arriving outside these times, please call your contact to gain access.
